OBA Real Property Law PROGRAM | Original Program Date: January 18, 2021

There have been a number of developments in condominium law as a result of the global pandemic. These are further complicated by the recent emergency declaration. Even as Ontario slowly opens up, some of these changes will have lasting implications. At this timely program, our expert faculty will discuss where condominiums fit in the reopening of Ontario, updates on AGM requirements and how to make sure they are effective, health and safety obligations (for residents, visitors and during the sales process) and how you can ensure that your budgets and financial practices reflect the new reality. Further we will discuss what condominium boards can and should be doing in anticipation of the increased immunizations against COVID-19.

Whether you are regularly advising condominium corporations or engaged in condominium transactions, this discussion will allow you to counsel your condominium clients with added confidence.
