Mentoring plays an important role in the development of competent practitioners. In the midst of the pandemic, the need for mentoring has never been greater.

The Mentorship Committee of the Alternative Dispute Resolution section of the OBA is pleased to offer a mentoring session directed at aspiring and up-and-coming mediators in the following areas of practice:

• Commercial/Partnership Law, Family Business Law
• Labour & Employment Law
• Workplace Law
• Insurance Law
• Trusts, Estates, and Elder Law
• Family Law
• Real Property Law

Our seasoned mentors will share practical guidance in small group discussions on how to build and maintain a successful mediation practice in these practice areas. Registrants are invited to select their top two practice areas of interest. Best efforts will be made to accommodate each registrant’s first choice.
