It is no secret that young lawyers face pressure from many sources in their early years of practice. From managing staff relationships to prioritizing commitments outside of work, many new calls struggle to find their rhythm, regardless of firm size. Join us for a virtual happy hour as we share in the wisdom of seasoned litigators Karen Hulan and Louis DelSignore. Both Karen and Louis have practiced in firms of varied sizes in different cities, and can speak to the different trends and expectations. They look forward to sharing their experiences in practice management, such as establishing temporal and relational boundaries in their practices.
