The Canadian Health Measures Survey indicates that 40% of adults aged 20 to 79 have at least a slight hearing loss in one or both ears. How do you ensure that people who experience hearing loss receive proper access to justice and appropriate legal services when they enter the justice system?  To be fully engaged in their files and be able to give informed decisions, both clients and law practitioners with a hearing loss require proper services.
