MINDmgt will introduce meditation and mindful awareness as tools to manage stress, and improve corporate and personal performance. From clarifying common misconceptions about meditation to exploring the many benefits - including increased productivity, reduced anxiety and improved sleep - this presentation is designed to introduce meditation and mindful awareness in a simple straightforward manner. Participants will learn basic meditation techniques and brain breaks that can be used anytime, anywhere.
