OBA women lawyers forum PROGRAM | Original Program Date: October 12, 2018
Join the Women Lawyers Forum (WLF) as we celebrate our 25th anniversary as an OBA section. Our distinguished panel will engage in an inter-generational discussion of issues faced by WLF over the last 25 years, the areas that have improved for women’s rights and those that still require improvement.
We will focus on how the law has impacted women as litigants, and how the law has developed over the last in terms of women rights & equality. Find out more about the different challenges faced by these women lawyers over the course of their careers, including gender bias, harassment, discrimination, the fight for more equal pay, and the evolution of parental leave. Discover how WLF has made progress over the years on these various issues.
Whether you are just starting out or a seasoned professional, you will benefit from this timely and important conversation.
