Spring Cleaning – Keeping Wills Tidy and Out of Court
Description
Join fellow CBA-NS WET section members and seasoned estate lawyers Tim Matthews and Benjamin Carver as they explore practical strategies for ensuring clients’ wills are clear, enforceable, and free from ambiguity. Just like a spring-cleaning session, we will focus on refreshing our collective approach to estate planning and ensuring clients’ wishes are carried out without ending up in front of a judge. Refresh your knowledge on avoiding common pitfalls, minimizing the risk for disputes, issues in interpretation, and ensuring probate is smooth and efficient, if required at all.
