CBA-NS is pleased to announce our annual Criminal Litigation Symposium: Mastering the Art of Provincial Court Practice. This year, the conference will focus on Provincial Court practice, and will equip practitioners with effective trial techniques and advocacy strategies. This conference is intended for criminal litigators at any stage of career, with sessions on direct and cross examinations, the psychology of criminal law practice, and insights from the bench.
