The presenter will provide an overview of the various proposed amendments to the Accord Acts in Bill C-49 that establish a comprehensive legislative regime for Offshore Renewables Energy projects, from the land tenure regime that allows for the issuance of subsurface land licences to the lifecycle regulation of projects. A Q&A period will follow the presentation.
