Cameron v Pratt – the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal settled the debate on who bears the burden of proof when alleging injuries fall with the Minor Injury Cap and discusses the application of Smith v Stubbert to cases involving concussions and injuries that are not soft tissue in nature.
