This panel discussion will address the critical legal aspects that should be considered when adopting AI tools, with a specific focus on pre-adoption due diligence. Panelists will explore the importance of conducting thorough legal assessments before integrating AI technologies, covering topics such as intellectual property rights and data privacy considerations. By providing insights into the diligence steps necessary for legal compliance,best practices and potential pitfalls, this panel aims to provide valuable insights for those seeking to adopt or leverage AI tools responsibly and effectively.
 
This session would be ideal for new and seasoned practitioners with business, privacy and intellectual property practices, as well as business owners. The panel comprises of Business, Privacy and Intellectual Property Law practitioners in Nova Scotia. There will be an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the panel. You can also send your questions in advance by indicating them during registration.
