This session explores methods for creating better legal processes for administrative decision-makers. This session will explore how emerging technology and case management systems can assist in ensuring procedural fairness in administrative processes. This session will demonstrate how the digital enablement of processes can help ensure an administrative decision maker is compliant with its legislative and regulatory authority and how the data from this digital enablement can assist in identifying bottlenecks so that ADMs can address their pain points in their processes.
