This session will cover tax issues for lawyers who are not trained in tax but whose practice may be impacted by tax considerations – such as family law lawyers and litigators. It will cover tax issues to consider when settling family and other disputes. It will also cover issues such as the anatomy of a tax dispute with CRA and how and when to involve a tax professional.
