From October 18-19, 2019, the Women Lawyers Forum of the Canadian Bar Association (CBA) is very proud to be holding its biennial Leadership Conference for Professional Women. Join us in Nova Scotia at the Halifax Marriott Harbourfront hotel. This year, the Conference is going beyond our legal community by expanding its horizons to include women from all professions.
Building Thriving Communities is the theme of the Conference this year. Our theme will inspire professional women from across Canada to meet and work on the common goal of engaging with and developing their communities. As in previous years, this Conference will provide a venue for professional women to build their skills as community leaders – through substantive sessions and networking opportunities – and learn how to apply their skills to benefit their communities.
Topics to be explored will include:

- Women in Politics
- Public Speaking and Communications
- Caring for Yourself While Caring for Your Community

CANCELLATION POLICY
There will be a 20% administrative charge for any cancellation received in writing prior to September 18, 2019. No refund will be given after September 18, 2019. There will be no refunds for “no-show” registrants.
