The success of an M&A deal depends on solid legal advice from inception through closing. Lawyers advising buyers or targets need to understand the business and legal considerations of both sides in a deal. This session will examine the tactics of buyers and sellers and the strategic processes implemented by Boards of Directors, and how they can influence the process and outcome of a business acquisition.

  • Provide strategic legal support to both buyers and target businesses as they seek to maximize opportunities and minimize risks that arise in M&A deals
