MAiD 2025: Legal Update & Hot Topics
This webinar will update members on MAiD law, related CBA policy, and recent research and statistics on MAiD assessments, provisions, and patient demographics. Recent case law will be reviewed, including constitutional challenges to the current MAiD framework and injunctions to prevent the administration of MAiD. It will also cover Advance Requests - the experience in Quebec, federal consultation, and how to handle client requests.
