Litigating a CIRB Matter
The program will cover litigation at the Canadian Industrial Relations Board (CIRB) including both process and substantive decisions. Practitioners would discuss best practices and recent cases. The preference would be to have someone from the tribunal attend to give tips ‘from the other side’ also.
