HOW IT WORKS
It’s simple! Conference organizers working with our team are supplied the VIP Program decal at the planning stage. This can be printed onto attendees’ conference identification badges, other conference collateral or simply printed and carried on its own. Delegates present their VIP Program decal at participating businesses to redeem special offers and discounts. Offers are also redeemable over the telephone.
RECEIVING THE VIP DELEGATE DECAL
For conference organizers providing I.D. or name badges, a digital decal will be supplied to print directly in .png, .jpg and .eps formats. For events not providing individual identification, a printed logo can be supplied.
TIPS & SUGGESTIONS
- We recommend calling ahead to make reservations for large group activities;
- If the VIP decal is not printed on attendees’ ID badges, we suggest bringing conference identification along to your activities, just in case;
- Special offers and promotions are provided by our local business partners. Any special arrangements or requests should be discussed with them directly.
