Everything You Wanted to Know About Making Submissions to the Competition Bureau, but were Afraid to Ask!

Feb. 25, 2025
Online

The CBA Competition Law and Foreign Investment Review Section’s Young Lawyers  Committee presents:

Everything You Wanted to Know About Making Submissions to the Competition Bureau, but were Afraid to Ask!

February 25, 2025 | 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM Eastern
Online (Zoom)

Are you engaging with the Bureau? Our experienced panelists from both the Bureau and private practice are sitting down and pulling back the veil on submissions. Join us as they ask each other the questions you have always wanted to know. Their conversation will take us from the minute (which document format does the Bureau prefer?) to the big picture (how does the Bureau determine when it wants a submission?). Panelists will also share their views on how best to approach the preparation of submissions. These questions will be explored through the perspective of the merger review context; but all practitioners who interact with the Bureau are encouraged to attend this not-to-be-missed event!
