The Beeps and Boops: Getting a Tech Deal across the Finish Line
Technology impacts business almost every which way. Tech contracts have their own nuances, and special considerations that need to be taken into account. Four experienced technology law practitioners will participate in a fireside chat, where they will represent a fictional tech vendor and a fictional tech buyer and discuss what they would look for in a tech contract and how they would advise their clients to get the deal across the finish line. You will leave the webinar with practical takeaways to make you more confident and comfortable the next time you have a technology contract to negotiate.
