The Mergers and Reviewable Matters/Unilateral Conduct Committees of the CBA Competition Law Section invite you to a joint Roundtable with the Mergers and Monopolistic Practices Branch of the Competition Bureau.

Join us as we discuss various topics including the potential application of the recent amendments to the Competition Act, the Branch’s annual performance statistics, and highlights from a very interesting year.  As always, participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback on the topics discussed.
