How do you make the complex simple? Tune in to this lively discussion between some of North America's leading class advocates and mediators
Leading mediators, plaintiffs' lawyers, and defense counsel will bring their varied perspectives to the opportunities and challenges of class action mediation.
The panel will share what they have learned, in preparing for, mediating, and collectively resolving hundreds of class cases. They will discuss what happens inside of caucus sessions, and how to juggle multiple parties, multiple issues, and multiple law firms, in order to reach resolution. Lawyers' biggest mistakes in class cases will be revealed, and tips for optimal advocacy will be shared.
