Interpretation and translation in courts (Recording)
In this session, experienced lawyers will discuss interpretation in court, including the challenges associated with interpreting in the courtroom, and during examinations for discovery, and the challenges associated with appearing before unilingual judges. They will also discuss the translation of decisions into French.
