Gone are the days when you can fax or mail in Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) applications. Effective April 2023, it will become mandatory to submit all LMIA applications via the LMIA Online Portal. Designed to give you a head start to understand this new requirement, come learn practical tips and answers to your questions about navigating the online portal from Service Canada representatives and senior business immigration lawyers.
