This session will focus on the latest issues in LMIA processing, including processing times, recruitment and variations, labour shortages during the pandemic, and implications of implementation of the new NOC TEER matrix. Anticipating and addressing potential compliance challenges will be examined. Our speakers will cover the various LMIA streams, including:
