Professional Development: The Ethical Implications of Artificial Intelligence: Navigating Uncharted Territory in Legal Practice
The legal profession is increasingly turning to artificial intelligence technologies to support document review, legal research, case analysis and drafting of pleadings. However, AI brings with it a myriad of potential ethical challenges from privacy infringements to algorithmic bias. As lawyers, we have ethical obligations to ensure the fairness and integrity of the justice system. In this session, panelists will explore how the introduction of AI influences or changes our ethical obligations in legal practice.
The session will be recorded.
