A Survey of Key Laws and Policy Initiatives to Achieve 2050 Net Zero Emissions
This webinar will provide an overview of current and proposed legal and policy frameworks at both the federal and provincial levels to transition to net zero emissions by 2050. It will address existing key climate change laws and discuss notable proposed legislative and policy developments. Attendees of the session will obtain a general understanding of the current and proposed federal and provincial statutes and policy initiatives to combat climate change and achieve net zero emissions.
