Important COVID-19 and Family Law Updates: What You Should Know When Advising Clients
Our legal speakers will provide a Canadian case law update on COVID related topics pertinent to family law, such as:
- vaccination of children including a child’s right to choose to be (un)vaccinated
- the impact of unvaccinated parents on parenting time
- whether covid testing is a decision parents need to agree on
- travel with children in the time of Covid
- ongoing online versus in person school concerns
- judicial notice the courts are taking
Our medical speaker will provide a medical perspective on covid-related issues along with information about current concerns and developments on the horizon.
Participants will benefit from receiving the most up-to-date Covid-related case law/information so they can feel confident about advising their clients on these issues.
