The CBA Intellectual Property Section is going online again to pay tribute to retiring members of the Federal Courts and the IP bar who have made significant contributions to IP law in Canada. This is a unique opportunity for junior and senior members of the bar to meet virtually and mingle socially with judges and prothonotaries of the Federal Courts.
This year’s special celebration will take place a bit later than our typical celebration time so be sure to mark June 9th on your calendars.

Registration for the CBA Virtual Federal Courts Judges’ “Dinner” includes a free gift, which will be shipped to participants. Registrations received after this date will receive their gift within approximately 15 business days.

Town hall meetings: Gain access to the town halls with the purchase of PD webinar(s). Access details will be provided to all registrants approximately 1-2 business days prior to the program dates. Judges and prothonotaries may participate in any town hall (no purchase required) by emailing CBAI_P@cba.org to be added on the guest list.
