According to a 2019 study, 61% of Americans think that diversity in advertising is important. As companies and brands prioritize inclusive marketing campaigns, novel consumer protection questions emerge. Our panelists will discuss the role of enforcers in eliminating bias in advertising and will explore the important role lawyers can play in the execution of inclusive marketing campaigns.
