- This session is aimed at presenting the general legal framework of key federal environmental statutes and discussing central provisions on environmental protection.
- Our speakers will present on selected issues from their own experience and perspective in regards to the application of those statutes. They will also consider recent legislative developments and discuss issues, pros and cons, arising from their own context.
- Attendees to the session will come out with a general understanding of those federal statutes as well as topics to be followed in the years to come.
