In December 2019, the Supreme Court of Canada revamped the administrative law standard of review analysis with its decision in Canada (Minister of Citizenship and Immigration) v Vavilov. Our expert panel will review the impact of Vavilov one year later, and highlight significant decisions from Canada's appellate courts that have applied the Vavilov analysis in various areas of the law.
