- Temporary applications with sponsorships, including work permits, visitor visa extensions, and temporary resident permits
- Strategies to overcome evidentiary deficiencies and in anticipation of potential appeals before the IAD
- How to advise clients in light of travel restrictions
- How to show an intention to reside in Canada
