Please join the senior management of the Competition Bureau’s Cartels and Deceptive Marketing Practices Branch as well as the Public Prosecution Service of Canada online for a candid and interactive discussion regarding recent enforcement trends and policy updates with respect to the Cartel provisions of the Competition Act. Consistent with Roundtables in past years, the Bureau will provide an overview of key enforcement activities and share statistics relating to recent investigations and enforcement developments.
