Criminal Matters Committee Town Hall Meeting

Jun. 8, 2021
Online

The CBA Competition Law Section's Criminal Matters Committee presents:

Criminal Matters Committee Town Hall Meeting

June 8, 2021 | 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM Eastern
Online (Zoom)

The Town Hall serves as a forum in which members of the Canadian competition law bar conduct a frank and informal discussion about issues of importance to them relating to criminal enforcement under the Competition Act. It also serves to advance ideas for topics or specific questions to be raised at the Roundtable with the Competition Bureau on July 7. In particular, the Town Hall will serve as a forum to prepare a list of topics that will be submitted to the Cartels Directorate to consider in advance of the Roundtable. We will cover a number of the significant developments in 2020-2021, including the Bureau’s adoption of the revised Competitor Collaboration Guidelines and the statement regarding its approach to no poach and wage fixing agreements.

Moderators
Adam S. Goodman, Dentons Canada LLP
