2:30 pm - 3:30 pm Lobbying and Ethics Commissioners: A Panel
The panel will bring together Commissioners in ethics and lobbying from various levels of government (federal, provincial and municipal) to provide insight to conference participants on the role of Commissioners in the administrative law realm. The Commissioners will compare and contrast their roles as agents of their respective legislative assemblies, including their mandate and investigatory duties and the substantive framework of their home statute.
