On April 8, 2020, the Competition Bureau issued a statement explaining its approach to COVID-19-related competitor collaborations and announcing the establishment of a process to provide parties with informal, fact-specific guidance. The Bureau’s statement follows similar announcements and the establishment of expedited review processes in other jurisdictions.  Join our panel of speakers to discuss the Bureau’s approach and how it fits in the global context.
