Employers, landlords and service providers across Canada are making difficult decisions about their employees, tenancies and services in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. These include how to maintain safe and healthy workplaces, tenancy living spaces and service delivery models. What are the human rights law implications in all of this? In this webinar, our presenters will discuss some of the most pressing statutory human rights issues raised in the context of the pandemic.
