COVID-19 AND HUMAN RIGHTS

Presented by the Constitutional & Human Rights Section, the Administrative Law Section and the Labour & Employment Section

2:00pm-3:30pm Eastern Time

Employers, landlords and service providers across Canada are making difficult decisions about their employees, tenancies and services in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. These include how to maintain safe and healthy workplaces, tenancy living spaces and service delivery models. What are the human rights law implications in all of this? In this webinar, our presenters will discuss some of the most pressing statutory human rights issues raised in the context of the pandemic.
