Criminal cartel enforcement continues to be a priority of the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, and the Canadian Competition Bureau. Join the Deputy Assistant Attorney General for Criminal Enforcement at the Antitrust Division, the Acting Senior Deputy Commissioner of Competition, Cartels and Deceptive Marketing Practices at the Competition Bureau, and two senior practitioners, as they discuss the state of enforcement in the U.S. and Canada, coordination among the regulators in cross-border investigations, issues relevant to amnesty/immunity/leniency applicants, and recent decisions on penalties, practice, and enforcement.
