The Mergers and Reviewable Matters/Unilateral Conduct Committees of the CBA Competition Law Section invite you to a Joint Roundtable with the most senior and experienced staff of the Mergers and Monopolistic Practices Branch of the Competition Bureau. Join us as we discuss various topics including the Monopolistic Practices Directorate year in review, the Merger Notification Unit’s annual performance report, the results of the Bureau’s SIR project, and the Bureau’s approach to minority interests. The Bureau/Bar Mergers Task Force will also provide an update on its activities. As always, participants will hear from Bureau management on its key priorities and have the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback on the topics discussed.
