2020 has put many of us to the test. We have had to learn to adapt to new work environments, volatile markets, rapidly evolving societal influences, and constantly changing business imperatives. On top of that, we are trying to balance being isolated at home or crammed into a house with partners and kids 24 hrs a day. We are learning to live with less social interaction and daily monitoring of health trends and recommendations to follow. All of this can lead to a sense of overwhelm and possible “just getting by”. Or worse – failing.
As a profession, we are used to thriving and excelling. But what happens when that isn’t the case? Can we get comfortable with failure as an integral part of who we are?
Ashley Good, founder of Fail Forward, the world’s first failure consultancy, works to support people and organizations to allow, acknowledge and adapt to failure in pursuit of success. Ashely will lead an interactive workshop which will start the conversation about failure and attempt to have you see it in a different light.
