Through online platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube, brands are partnering with “influencers” to help grow their business; such influencer marketing raises questions as to appropriate and adequate disclosure, both for influencers and for brands. Join this session to learn about the need for adequate disclosure, what constitutes adequate disclosure, and the shared responsibility of both advertisers and influencers.
