A Long Winding Road: Where Have We Been and Where Are We Going?
Navigating the pathways of administrative law and labour & employment law is difficult. New obstacles challenge settled principles. And finding the way forward often means looking back to trace our steps. Join us in Ottawa on November 17 and 18, 2017 as we discuss emerging issues in these areas with experts and participants from across Canada. Now in its 18th year, this joint conference of the CBA National Administrative Law and Labour & Employment Law Sections is the foremost gathering of academics, practitioners, decision-makers, and judges working in these areas. Take advantage of this opportunity to discuss the latest legal developments, enhance your professional skills, network with colleagues in these challenging fields.

- The 35th Anniversary of the Charter: Lessons from the Past and for the Future in Administrative Law and Labour & Employment Law

Our keynote speaker will be the Honourable Justice Suzanne Coté of the Supreme Court of Canada.

There will be a 20% administrative charge for any cancellation received in writing prior to October 16, 2017. No refund will be given after October 16, 2017. There will be no refunds for “no-show” registrants.
