40TH ANNIVERSARY SYMPOSIUM ON CHALLENGES AND INNOVATIONS

Keynote Speaker:  The Honourable Sheilah L. Martin, Justice of the Supreme Court of Canada.

Speakers will also include:

Professor Emeritus Rollie Thompson, of the Faculty of Law at Dalhousie University, will speak on the changes in family law.

Dr. Laurel Sakaluk, a professor with Gender, Family & Policy Studies of the Department of Human Ecology at the University of Alberta and board member of the Vanier Institute of the Family will present an “Overview of the Canadian Family”.  

The presentations will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., with lunch to follow.
