How will back to the office trends beyond 2024 impact labour and employment strategies, including attraction, retention, and discipline of employees? The practical business realities and the law both need consideration. Finally, hybrid work is here to stay. How does hybrid work impact collaboration and culture, and how can in-house counsel prepare?
