Please join us for a discussion with Elise Teitler, the Director for Ontario Dispute Adjudication for Construction Contracts (ODACC). ODACC is responsible for administering construction-related adjudications and for training and certifying adjudicators under the Construction Act, R.S.O. 1990. c. C.3 and Ontario Regulation 306/18. Elise will provide an overview of the role of ODACC, the types of matters that are adjudicated, and how adjudicators are trained and certified.

At approximately 9:30am on Thursday, April 4, 2024 an email will be sent from the MBA advising you of the link that you will click on to join the Zoom video conference meeting. 

Attendance at this MBA meeting can be applied toward your Law Society of Manitoba Continuing Professional Development for a maximum of one hour.
