Sections provide opportunities for lawyers to further their professional education and to keep ahead of current developments within the profession. The pandemic has changed when and where we work. This presentation will explore some of the legal issues to be considered when dealing with remote workers from the management perspective; employee perspective; as well as practical issues to consider from an in-house counsel perspective.
