NOTICE OF HYBRID MEETING

Bring a Buddy Months - In April and May 2023 consider bringing a non-member buddy to a Section Meeting. Sections provide opportunities for lawyers to further their professional education and to keep ahead of current developments within the profession. The MBA wants to show non-members what they're missing!!

TOPIC: Navigating the Triage process
SPEAKERS: Senior Master Karen Clearwater, Court of King’s Bench of Manitoba

MODERATOR: Daniel Minuk, Kelekis Minuk Micflikier Green

Please join us for a discussion about the Triage process including how to navigate the completion of prerequisites. Senior Master Clearwater will review the common issues that arise and how to most effectively obtain an order when cooperation is not forthcoming. Please feel free to provide specific questions to Jessica Schofield (jschofield@tmlawyers.com) or Daniel Minuk (Daniel Minuk daniel@kmmglaw.ca) in advance of this session so that we can be in the best position to address them.
