SPEAKER: Marie-Claude Asselin, Chief Executive Officer, Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada

This webinar will focus on the use of dispute resolution at the Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada (SDRCC). There will be an overview of the role of the SDRCC, the types of sport disputes that are handled, how dispute resolution practitioners become involved as facilitators, mediators, and arbitrators with the SDRCC, and the use of investigations into sport-related complaints.

At approximately 9:30am on Monday, October 17, 2022, an email will be sent from the MBA advising you of the link that you will click on to join the Zoom video conference meeting.  It will be important to register before 5:00pm on Friday, October 14, 2022.

Attendance at this MBA meeting can be applied toward your Law Society of Manitoba Continuing Professional Development for a maximum of 1.5 hours.
