NOTICE OF ONLINE MEETING

TOPIC: Thinking about practice management software? Let's talk
SPEAKER: Barney Christianson, QC, Christianson TDS and Law Society of Manitoba Practice Advisor 

Ignore the sales pitch from the vendors. There is a lot of work involved in choosing the right software and implementing it successfully - but if you put the work in, it will be "time and money well spent". Let’s talk about that front-end work.

Please RSVP (PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED) to the Manitoba Bar Association online (link above). 

You will need a computer or laptop (PC or Mac), smartphone or tablet with a microphone and webcam (built-in or external) and an internet connection.  

If you will be participating from a laptop, you would also need to install a Zoom Client for Meetings from this site: https://zoom.us/download. If you are unsure whether you have the latest version of Zoom, please follow the instructions HERE.

Attendance at this MBA Section meeting can be applied towards your Law Society mandatory yearly continuing professional development requirement for Ethics, Professionalism and Practice Management for a maximum of 1.5 hours.

At approximately 9:30am on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 an email will be sent from the MBA advising you of the link that you will click on to join the Zoom video conference meeting.  So it will be important to register before 5:00pm on Monday, September 27, 2021.
